Review of the Incra square, marking rule set.
Here is a short review of the Incra Guaranteed Square 7-Inch Precision Square and the Incra IRSET12 12-Inch Marking Rule Set.
OK, here's the first tool, the precision square. The blade is cut from one piece of 1/4" thick aluminum, then anodized. Guaranteed square within 0.001" along the length of the blade.
The square comes in a cardboard box with a nice foam insert to protect the square.
The lip is adjustable to keep the square indexed properly should the it become out of square to the blade.
The size is perfect for truing smaller tools and if an edge is square but obviously it won't work for checking large scale items. So far the square has come in handy, for just over $50 its not a bad deal at all.

Incra IRSET12 12-Inch Marking Rule Set.
The set includes three thin steel rules with micro-fine holes at every scale position to mark layout points, and a pencil is also included. The rules have a number of different scales, 16th, 32nd and 64th's of an inch. There is a standard marking rule, T-square and L-shaped rule.
There things rule when it comes to small precision layout, pun intended. Here I'm using the L-shaped rule to mark one of my MFS profiles for a precision layout. Since the MFS doesn't have inch markings this is the tool I am now using to set my MFS when Imperial measurements are needed.

Overall, I like this set. One thing to mention, the rules are pretty thin and could be damaged if not stored and handled somewhat carefully. Around $55.
